What payment methods do you have?

Why didn’t I receive my order or shipping confirmation email?
We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed and the payment verified. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
Our top priority is to get you into your gear quickly. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. However, if it wasn’t shipped yet, we can make changes. Just send us an email and we’ll work it out.
How long until I receive my order?
The orders usually are shipped from Portugal in 2 business days. If you are in Portugal you will receive it in 3-4 days counting from the confirmation email. If you are in other European country, you can expect it in 5-7 business days. If you are in any other region, count with 10 days. Any way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are made in two steps: returning and re-ordering.
- Please contact us by email with your order number, to inform us of the item you want to return. Send the item in perfect conditions to: Rua General Silva Freire 18, 5ºE 1800-210 Lisboa, Portugal
- Order the replacement item through our website, at your convenience.
You will be charged for the new item at the time of the order and refunded after your return is received and processed.
You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase if that is more convenient. Keep in mind, inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to re-order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
What’s the deadline for returns?
You have 30 days counting from the day you received the item.
The packaging looks old. Is there something wrong with the shipment?
No. You simply received your order in a previously used box/envelope. That’s because we reuse everything. Why throw away a perfectly usable box just because it is slightly dented on the corners? It may not look as pretty as a brand new box, but at least we saved some trees!
I have a store and I would like to have your brand. Do you sell wholesale products?
